Real Estate Experience & Accolades

Brita began her career in real estate in 2006, and has worked with Hybrid Real Estate since early in 2015. Previously she worked with Property Management Concepts, from 2012-2014, where she worked with PMC's owner to both open, and establish, the real estate branch – PMC Real Estate. Brita had previously worked at Windermere Real Estate from 2007-2012, where she was often among the "Top 10" agents for production during her time there. She was also given the "Outstanding Business Growth Award" in 2009, due to how swiftly she grew her real estate business in only two years' time (and during the economic downturn no less). She has also consistently been a member of the "Million Dollar Club," and has remained a multi-million dollar producer. In 2013, her first year with PMC, Brita managed to sell over 15 million in real estate, ending the year as the 7th highest producing broker in Lane County, and putting PMC Real Estate on the local real estate map in less than a year's time. That year she also won the Register Guard's Blue Chip "20 under 40" Award, given to "Rising Business Stars" in Lane County. Then in 2014, she TRIPLED her real estate business, grossing over $43,000,000 in sales, and landed in the #1 position at the end of the year – the highest producing broker in Lane County! She became a member of the President's Club, reserved for top producing brokers, for her company Hybrid Real Estate in 2016. And she continues to be a top producing broker.


While her professional history is impressive, her volunteer work is equally noteworthy. Brita has been volunteering in our community since a young age. Brita chaired the "Camp Harlow Holiday Dinner and Auction," Harlow's main fundraising event, from 2008-2013. During the time she chaired this event, its profits doubled from $44,000 in its first year, to $89,000 in 2013. In 2014, she remained on the fundraising committee, and saw the auction raise over $100,000! She also chaired Harlow's summer fundraising event for 3 years. Funds raised at these events help support the general operations fund, the camper scholarship fund, and the special projects and improvements fund for Camp Harlow, allowing more children to experience the beauty, safety, and wonder of summer camp, even when they can't afford it.

Brita is also a volunteer with the Junior League of Eugene, which is described as "An organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers." Brita has been a member since 2007 and has served in leadership roles on the Fundraising and Event Planning Committee, and the Training and Events Committee. She also sat on the Board, as the VP of Communications, in 2013. She is now a "sustaining" member of League."

Personal Life

Brita is a "go getter," and a "mover and a shaker." She meets and exceeds expectations in every area of her life, and does this while working diligently to keep a healthy balance between her professional life, her volunteer life, and her family life. Brita has been married to Ryan Arcuri, a local Morgan and Saddlebred horse trainer, since 2008. They have three little boys, Trace, Quaid, and River. Ryan and Brita also raise registered Black Angus Cattle, and have a growing "seed stock" operation.

Jennifer has lived in Eugene since 2004. She has a sweet and very outgoing little girl, Samantha. Jennifer was a stay-at-home Mom for 3 years and feels grateful that she was able stay home with her daughter. But when Samantha entered kindergarten, she was ready to do something more - hoping for a career she would want to do until she retires. In 2013 she started working as a real estate assistant for Brita Arcuri. To quote Jennifer, "I feel truly lucky to have worked for such an amazing and hard working woman over these past few years. She has been a wonderful mentor for me. In the Fall of 2015, Brita encouraged and supported me to get my real estate license. By doing so, our team has become even better. Being such a big part in helping people buy and/or sell their homes is very rewarding, and seeing the impact Brita had on their lives made me want to do the same. I love helping people, and always have! And I know that real estate is a great way to do that."

Lisa entered the real estate industry in early 2016, immediately after going through the home buying process again for herself. She and her husband had an amazing experience with their agent, who simplified the process and provided them with peace through a traditionally hectic period. Even though she and her husband have bought and sold other homes in the past, it ultimately reminded her of how much she enjoys real estate, researching homes and working with people. Lisa became inspired to offer the same level of service to others, leading her to a career change from elementary education. Passion, hard work, great communication and attention to detail have allowed her to have an extremely successful first year. Furthermore, she not only facilitated the buying and selling of personal homes, but was selected to serve as the exclusive agent on the sale of a subdivision.

Teaming with Brita has been a natural fit for Lisa. They both value meeting their client's needs and share the same relentless work ethic. Lisa's entire life has been centered around teamwork, competition and service to others, which is evident through her experience as an Educator, volunteering and as a collegiate basketball player. She realizes that buying and selling a home can be a stressful time, which is why she takes a consultative approach to help educate and guide her clientele every step of the way.

During her personal time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boys. She loves attending the boys' sporting events, as well as camping in scenic Oregon with the entire family and their dog Quinn.
